The Center for Development of Advanced Computing conducts the Computerized Common Admission Test twice a year for applicants to Postgraduate Diploma Programs. Phase 1 of this year’s test will be held on January 28 and 29, 2023. CDAC C-CAT Exam Pattern 2023
There will be 150 questions altogether, each worth three marks, spread throughout the following three sections:
- Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English
- C Programming, Data Structures, Operating Systems, Computer Fundamentals, Data Communication & Networking, Object Oriented Programming Concepts
- Digital Electronics, Microprocessors, Computer Architecture
Candidates will have one hour to complete all of the questions in each portion of the exam. All of the questions will be of the Objective Type, and there will be a provision for negative marking, which will subtract one mark for each erroneous response.
